Our leadership team consists of Maria, Ana, and Claudia, lifelong Miami residents and friends for over two decades. Together, we have more than 30 years of combined experience in the financial and lending industry.

Our expertise in the South Florida real estate market is unparalleled. We understand all aspects related to mortgages, property financing, condominium approval, insurance coverage, homeowner’s associations, new developments approvals, and corporate structures. We are passionate about helping domestic and foreign clients with their mortgage needs, and our team is proudly fluent in English and Spanish.

Claudia Castano is our Deal Structuring Partner. With over 22 years of experience in finance, including a long banking career, Claudia knows how to structure a loan to get approved quickly with minimum conditions. As a former family office manager, Claudia understands the corporate structures of wealthy clients for investments, estate planning, and asset protection purposes. Claudia holds a Master of Finance degree, a Real Estate License, and a Mortgage Broker Principal License for the State of Florida.

Ana Salermo is our Client Relationships Partner. As a former owner of a private lending company for more than 10 years, Ana understands financing and the importance of offering the right product. Ana holds a degree in Education, a Real Estate License, and a Loan Officer License for the State of Florida.

Maria Pirela is our Executive Office Admin. Maria brings to the team high organizational, productivity, and technological skills making the entire process fast and easy with up-to-date communication. With a Master of Finance degree, she directs the daily office operation and oversees all loan submission processes, ensuring that all loan files and credit packages comply with company lending policies, as well as state and federal lending regulations.
